After getting Michael 3’s head and body morphs from DAZ, I created this image for a contest in a DAZ forum. The contest was called “Manly Man”. I don’t remember where I picked up the textures for this character, but they are very detailed and realistic. I tried to capture a sense of deep thinking and remembrance before a battle in this image.
I morphed Michael 3 and posed him in Poser, and then imported the figure into Vue 6. In Vue, I created a custom atmosphere with indoor lighting. I placed Michael into my medieval building prop and adjusted the camera view.
The render took 7-8 hours. The only thing I did in postwork was apply a slight blur to the image and add my signature. Thanks for looking!
Note: Battle Morn may appear really dark on certain monitors. Adjust your monitor’s brightness to view this image fully.
That’s really cool, Brady!
Good job on your entry in the Manly Man contest, Brady. It is well done.
