The Pontiac Firebird image shows how using an HDRI Environment can make things look pretty real. This environment comes as a ready made scene in Vue, but it is still fun to play around with different options and tweeking things. The Pontiac Firebird in the scene was a download from DMI Cars. I worked a long time re-texturing the entire car, and then loaded it into the scene. The render took quite a while (5-6 hours), but the final image was well worth the wait.
I blurred and brightened the image slightly in Photoshop. Thanks for looking!
