Spring Meadow has been selected for e-on software’s Picture of the Day!

Originally, I created Spring Meadow for my Mom for an advent day gift, but at the same time I decided to enter it into e-onsoftware’s Picture of the Day Contest. It also turned out to be a gift for me!

I posed Victoria 4 in Poser, and then began the creation of the environment in Vue 6 Pro Studio. EcoSystems are so handy – I created one from scratch with some tall grasses and flowers on a procedural terrain and used a dazziling spectral atmosphere to give a peaceful, glorious feel to the image. It took about 45 min. to render in Vue using the Poser Shader Tree.

After the render, I finished off the scene by brightening and blurring it a little in Photoshop. Thanks for looking and I hope you enjoy it as much I do!

   This is a beautiful picture.

   I was searching for a girl skipping through a meadow and I’m glad I found this pic. Can I use it on my blog if I link to you and give you all the credit and all that? She’s just lovely.
